A student who wants to take this course is recommended to accomplish ONE of the followings:
- Scored 600+ points in a USACO Silver contest
- Competing in USACO Gold Division
- Successfully completed the CC35B: USACO Silver Advanced - B course

- Dijkstra
- Prim
- Kruscal
- Tree traversal
- related USACO problems
- Gold level data structures
- DSU and related USACO problems
- Mixed problem sets
The course includes solving / discussing 40+ easy / medium former USACO Gold problems in various topics including the above ones.
